This mod is compatible with and separate from Native Settings UI - where Native Settings is configured through and for CET mods, Mod Settings is configured through and for redscript mods.
If you're having trouble, be sure you've installed the requirements.
After updating my settings were unchanged, for anyone who doesn't want to take that chance you'll want this file backed up: Cyberpunk 2077\red4ext\plugins\mod_settings\user.ini
The mod doesn't work. There is no button in the main menu. I installed ALL the necessary additional mods and... NOTHING. The button never appeared, no matter what I installed or did, as a result, the game stopped launching at all and I had to reinstall it. The game version is GOG 2.21. What did I do wrong?I installed ArchiveXL, RED4ext, redscript, Codeware and even Cyber Engine Tweaks, absolute zero, there is simply no button in the menu.
UPDATE
After removing Redmod, everything worked and the button appeared. Maybe it's just me, but I think it's worth clarifying separately that this mod does not work with Redmod installed and enabled.
This mod doesn't work for me either, and additionally seems to affect other mods. For sure I won't disable RedMod just for this one. Seems I'll need to console tweak my own New Game+ as done before. Would be nice if this could be fixed, as the idea is of it is great.
REDmod is an example of what happens with bad mod support. CDPR took too long to make it, so the community made their own frameworks. When REDmod released, no one wanted to use it because they were used to the older frameworks. Now REDmod is just this vestigial thing that only 1% of mods use as an optional file. It literally just causes problems and should be officially removed and abandoned.
What CapnCuck said legit made me chuckle out loud! *wipes tear from eye* xD
But it's so true. Mind you, it (REDmod) has improved a lot since then, but it's still quite problematic to say the least. I remember I tried it when it came out, but then dropped it soon after. It's not really needed, as all the best mods are still using and updated as non-REDmod. It's still nice though, when mod authors release both non-REDmod and REDmod versions for their mods, though I know that's just extra work, which is kinda pointless, lol. It's always best to stick to one or the other (REDmod or non-REDmod mods), but never use both at the same time---it's doable, but it can and will cause problems/errors/conflicts eventually/sooner or later.

Could this be a cause of CTDs?
