Update lowers uptime and downtime for holstering weapons
This makes holstering better until we can fix the holstering function

Toggle crouch on the gamepad instead of holding. Keyboard is unaffected

Since I ran into some problems with the "E" interaction which I found annoying, here's an optional file without the changes from the interaction button. Should be more stable!
