Ride-Along (Sidewinder)

Make the arrest! Fires non-lethal airburst rounds. Rapid successive hits greatly increase Knockdown chance. Quick Melee Attacks instantly incapacitate targets that are both knocked-down and at low Health.
Protect and serve up some ass-whoopin'!
Looted during Jefferson Peralez' 'Side Job: Dream On' at the Peralezes' Apartment (refer to images for location). If missed during the job (or already completed), it can instead be purchased from the Black Market Vendor at EBM Petrochem Stadium.
Hardboiled (Nova)

The final round in the cylinder deals additional damage for each previous round that hit an enemy. One last kiss from the meanest dame in town.
Looted during 'Reported Crime: Smoking Kills' at the Glen on a rooftop between Metro: Glen North and Metro: Ebunike (refer to images for location).

NOTE: Completing the activity isn't necessary to grab the gun, but if you're not seeing the bag next to it containing a shard with more context, look around for where a sniper may have shot the man from.
Timeout (Electric Baton Beta)

The last hit in a combo disables the target's cyberware and increases the damage they receive. Counterattacks cripple the target's movement.
Looted during River's 'Side Job: The Hunt' (or anytime using a backdoor locked behind a Technical Ability check) at the NCPD Lab (refer to images for location). If missed during the job (or already completed), it can instead be purchased from the Black Market Vendor at EBM Petrochem Stadium.
