Update added CP2077 Finer rain V1.5 : Completely custom reworked distance rain texture with fixed normal map.  Hopefully 100% fixed flickering.  Fixed medium range rain texture so you can see it now in the day time without having to zoom.  Slight tweak to close rain drops. I have to say after further play testing it looks simply stunning now with the middle distance rain texture refracting light now too!

Update added CP2077 Finer rain 24 7 V1.7 Final :  Fixed close rain textures by renaming .effect files.  Atmosphere is now default blue grey colour.  The close rain no longer breaks when loading a new save or dying yay!.  Fixed Rain flicker when driving or running.  This and my Blade Runner mod are the only mod's so far that fix the rain flicker bug introduced in patch 1.31.  Full rain effects should work for everybody now!. Fix for invisible rain : If you experience the invisible rain bug at any point in the main mission this is a 100% fix.  Go to the Roy Batty Easter egg at the Advocate hotel and save your game outside the hotel. Quit the game.  Remove any archive weather mods you may have installed and put in a safe place, then load back into the game.  Visit Roy at the top of the hotel and save your game.  Quit out and reinstall your weather mod.  Load back in and the rain will be visible once more.  Save your game again and all will be good.  Repeat these steps if any mission breaks the rain again.  Working game version 1.61.  This is a fix for a known game bug and will happen with or without this mod installed, so is not caused by this mod.
