This mod looks lovely, but the required mods are de-listed and I cannot find similar mods nor do I know what they did (the "visuals nulled" mods). Is this mod usable? Sorry to bother you, thank you for sharing your hard work!
It seems 'Cyberpunk2077' is missing from the links in the requirements on this page, at least for me. I should have paid more attention to the url it took me to. Thank you
Absolutely incredible work on this mod, I'm using it with Emotional Vision LUT without any issues so far!
However one issue I am having related to weather (even before using this mod) is the sudden change/transition to a new weather such as seen in this video from another player - Weather Change.
Has anyone found a solution to this or is it just how the game is? Cheers!
Thanks TCX, I do use Ultra Plus so I will disable it in MO2 and see how it goes, I've seen it happening in non quest scenarios so definitely not that in my instance. I'm guess that sort immediate change of weather behaviour is not normal then?
Do I have to make any changes to The Lamp Lighter mod, or does it fix whatever it's needed for automatically?
EDIT: I love the weathers in this mod, but the sun is almost never out and it's mostly raining all the time or foggy. Is there a way to make the sun come out more? :o
Yeah, not switching weathers manually all the time. Was thinking more if there's a way to tweak the file/s so the sun stays out for a lot longer.
Not using this anymore tho, switched to Enhanced Weather V6, which suites my tastes more because the transitions aren't so much in your face and feel more natural.
Not every weather mod is listed as a weather mod. Things like Preem Optics, Blind Begone, Vignette or Sharpening Removal, Ultra Fog, etc... all of those are technically weather mods and can conflict. That's why you should use Archive Conflict Checker Tool.
IME the black skies are from auto exposure in the city... but if Cyan remembers, I had a problem with these mods turning my sky black a few months ago, never fixed it, just had to uninstall my whole game and start manually modding again from scratch. 955 archives.
I still am getting this issue, but its different, and who knows how many people have this issue but do not report cause its hard to notice. The sky is ALWAYS darker than the light on the environment. In certain situations, you can get very bright land with darker skies it kind of gives an illusion of great light propagation and RT reflections, but in reality it's just bad. Only fixed after uninstalling everything. IDK if this was intentional but it keeps happening to me after getting your weather mods and its requirements! No conflicts either. I can upload an example if you need to see it, just let me know.
While you're here ill keep ranting. Nova City/Weather: Imagine talking to Clair about her dead husband in front of a beautiful sunset, then BAM, "weather states changed" to the ugliest smoggy sht I've ever seen with a transition time of 0.001 seconds.
like wtf, I was middle of taking a screenshot when this happened xD, WHY did it happen? Thought I lost the moment, opened CET and hit "reset weather states" to bring back the vanilla sky. Not saying your job is easy, but just look at the sunlight screeching though that fog. Why would I ever use these mods :( it's upsetting cause I love the concept and want all of your mods.
As far as Nova City, IMO the notifs should be off by default, and the weather state change should be so long that two weathers overlap seamlessly. I'm sure you know that, but i have yet to get these results in game with any weather mods.
Also why do you and TheManualEnhancer seemingly make the same weather mods? o.O Forcing me to choose between two goats :p
Thanks for the mod and your work - it honestly is AMAZING. Does PREEM WEATHER also affect vignette ? I understand that using this mod (or similar ENV mods) I cannot use the PREEM OPTICS (for example). Can you please confirm ? And if so, would it be possible to have a version that combines the two ? (New to modding - trying to understand how everything works - thanks for your support !)
I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it. 😊 Yes, you cannot use it with Preem Optics. I have also heavily reduced vignette. It already includes similar adaptation changes but I won't be combining the two; I have another project coming that will cover this.
hello, i have a issue, idk if is just for me but when is raining, the rain drops in the puddles of water on the ground and the visual effect looks like is 15 fps, for what i saw in the bugs tab is the DLSS that do this, but i dont want to change, i prefer much more the DLSS lol.
Hi, little question I mean might be obvious but as I can never be too sure lol I'll ask. I suppose this is not compatible with Nova City right? https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/12490 custom weather.
How long does the night cycle last with this mod? Does The Lamp Lighter - Streetlamp Time Control mod work with yours out of the box, or needs manual adjustment?

Wasn't using any of those mods except Ultra fog, but i was using the lite version which should work.

Nova City doesn’t have notifications on by default (NC1 beta did), that would be Weather Switcher (and can be disabled once).
Weather transitions are 0.25-1 in game hours long. I haven’t had instant transitions so, if you are having them, I need more info than a complaint.
