Seven new iconic melee and throwable weapons made from vanilla unused assets found in-game. Featuring real axes !

And some were obviously abandonned before being finished...
Fire axe
Finally a real axe ! Destroy your oponents with the rightfull brutality.

Psycho Axe
Finally a real axe, with lots of blood on it !

Long Butcher's Knife (throwable)
Really cool design, a cousin of the Butcher's Cleaver.
I don't understand why it wasn't already available in-game. Now it is !
(Sorry for the rubbish quality of this pic...)

Broken Bottle (throwable)
A nasty weapon with a unique style.
I couldn't find a way to build a decent UI icon for it (don't hesitate to give me a screen capture if you manage to have the whole bottle in it),
and for some reason the 3d puppet doesn't work (maybe because it's made of glass ?)
- but the weapon does work and I fancy it.

Screwdriver (throwable)
Because... why not ? Definitely a new style of public assault.

Ice Axe (throwable)
(...) It's an ice climbing axe. Why ? How would I know ?! It was there so I picked it up.

Wakizashi
Well, there are better wakizashis on nexus but this one is vanilla (and obvisouly not finished...)

Installation
Unzip in your game's main folder. That's it.
This mod uses only already existing assets so it's very ligthweight.
How to get it
Buy these from any melee weapons vendor, or at the Blacket Market vendor in the Stadium, Dog Town.
Or use these CET codes :

They come at the same level as your character, and are upgradable along the way.
Recommended/optionnal mods
You definitely should install Unlock Me A Slot (or 2 slots)
to get more weapon mod slots on it, and on your other weapons too.
These 7 weapons have no special abilities, but if you want a Fire Axe that puts ennemies on fire,
I've got you covered with Thermal, Electrical and Chemical variants of the Pyro weapon mod (usable on both ranged and melee weapons).
If you want more hidden vanilla weapons
I just noticed Adam Smasher's special op knife out there.
The same modder made a working grenade launcher from the one you can see in dogtown military armories - I'm glad because I wanted to do it and it seems way more complex than the above melee weapons...
You may want to try Panam's missile launcher too ! (Hard to find on nexus although it seems awesome).
