Tried it. The golden finger is still there for all cyber arms as far as I can tell, and not always where it's supposed to be. If you use mantis blades it just floats there detached like you have an extra floating finger. That said this semi permanence makes me wonder about making an always active version that's there no matter the cyberware you use. I don't know enough about modding to know how possible and/or difficult that would be.
Hi! The reason it's always visible regardless of Cyberarms, is because it replaces the weapon grip cyberware, so it's recommended to disable the mod if using any other cyberware.
