Version 1.3a
Added a new version that causes dismemberment: Quickmelee applies cutting grenade debuff to enemies. They will be ripped to shreds when their health is 10% or below of their max HP (except bosses and maxtacs)
Added optional files that only add burst fire / faster reload

Now quick melee applies lvl.4 contagion debuff: enemies will explode and dismember on death!
Nerfed the damage of quickmelee itself a lot because of the above debuff

Fixed the code to properly implement charging mechanism. Now it only burst fires when you fully charge the weapon. You can normally one tap if you release the fire button early.
Added more recoil to "balance" the overpowered burst damage
