Dynamic Crystal Coat Disguise - reduced detection rate when Crystal Coat is active (-75%) but increased detection rate if Crystal Coat is damaged during a chase (+300%). NCPD can still detect and shoot you, this only adjusts detection rate. This will also be made even more dynamic soon.
Flat 25% detection rate decrease for vehicles with Crystal Dome
