Hello Everyone! I'm very happy to see all the activity and glad you're all enjoying the mod.
So, I figured instead of answering individually It'll be best to answer the most frequently asked questions here on this post so here goes
1) Female only when? ?(CHECK OPTIONAL FILES) So, originally I made this mod as the harness was a female only item and available through Padhiver's Set Swap Library mod however after looking at the comments I've noticed many want the harness and pistols as one item replacement and they want a copy of this mod that works for females, as such I've added a female version in the optional files.
2) can you replace with *insert item here* So, the reason I chose the item that's replaced is that it has two meshes associated with the actual item itself, the vest mesh and the decal mesh that displays the Arasaka logos and such, I also chose it as it is a vest, and so it doesn't remove any long sleeves when equipped. I've seen some requesting it to replace a mask slot (specifically glasses) I WILL look into this, but I make NO promises it will happen.
3)What helmet are you using in those screenshots? The helmet I'm using in the screenshot is actually 2 pieces of a mod called Cyber Ninja and Elite Soldiers Clothing Replacement by VigoorianFlail. However I modified the ninja mask mesh to fix the majority of the clipping (still very much clips with the ears and back of the head) I'll message them about the fix, and see if they want to use my file.(The cyber ninja mod got updated using my file, so any clipping has been mostly fixed, if you downloaded, make sure to update!)
4) Clothing set??? ?All the items used in my screenshots are pieces of the legendary Corpo set, however for that one action shot, I was wearing the maelstrom neotac pants and the Sturdy manganese steel-toes Boots, For the female I'm wearing the Black plastic leotard by TheMalevolentTrout

CDPR decided to change the location because reasons, you'll notice I'll be turning off vortex install, I'll do this with all my mods and they'll require manual installation.
could we get a Gymfiend refit if possible? theres only 1 other mod that adds this holster for a Male V and its....well....not great....massively oversized and the mesh is kinda warped. This mod though is absolutely perfect and I would kill for a Gymfiend refit of it!
Its interesting though, weeks ago when i was in mood to play the game i installed this mod which it didn't work of course tried via installing with Vortex no luck tried manually so like you said drag and drop "Cyberpunk2077/archive/pc/mod" folder no luck either and i have no freaking idea why its not showing up...

I just remembered this mod and wanted to give one another try and downloaded "Pistol Harness - Armour Short" with the code Game.AddToInventory("Items.Vest_04_basic_02",1) So i am still not sure if this mod works since its replacement with the vest from game the other outfit mod is also replaced as far as i know so...
From mod to another mod found similar one Clothes For male V in case anyone else have problem this one worked for me.
Huh weird, this one's definitely still working for me even after the 2.11 update and having installed other mods. But hey, glad to see there's an alternative!
Hello ! how are we supposed to get the harness ? I assume I installed the files in the correct folder (mod).. Are we supposed to buy them at a vendor ? I dont see them in my inventory... Thanks
I'm a noobie to CP2055 and struggling because of the lack of modding docs. I understand that you can add items to you inventory through CET with the item codes. A lot of mod authors include the CET codes in the description of their mods. Is there a help file for item codes like in Bethesda games?
Made sure the file went into my mod folder still the vanilla item. Maybe it's because I have refits for a body mod installed that it's still using the old model?
Works for me in 2.01 - with Equipment-Ex - I've downloaded the Pistol Harness - Vest Tactical It replaces the Militech Heavy Tactical Vest
Looks like it kinda floats tho - but if you have clothes underneath, it should be fine Just rename the "patch" folder to "mod" folder then install it by drag and drop to main CP directory or "install from file" with vortex after you compressed (zipped) the mod

If anyone manages to find a fix for the current Cyberpunk version, please let me know!
As an update in case anyone else is still having issues, I was able to fix this by wiping all of my mods from Cyberpunk (I just reinstalled the game) and manually adding Mods instead of using Vortex. That seems to have fixed it and it does work with 2.01. Cheers!

Just make sure you drop the file in your "Cyberpunk2077/archive/pc/mod" folder.
