      open the SmartWeapons_NoLockOnTime.yaml via notepad++, you can adjust the value.

    does anybody know if this is compatible with Seijax's Actually Smart Weapons by any chance?

      It should choom. this mod just removes lock on time.

      Update: Based on the description it should be compatible. But upon checking the code, it modifies the target lock on time of smart weapons. So it will conflict.
