I've gone back and forth trying so many LUTs for the past months, but I keep coming back to this one as the "perfect" LUT. I love Emotional Vision, Vanilla Plus, NCLM, Hard LUT, GITS Fuji... But with Vision LUT and a couple RenoDX and ReShade tweaks, the balance I get between the game looking natural and realistic while also keeping its artistic "videogamey-ness" is unreal and makes for a fantastic experience. Thanks for your work on this and other mods!
I absolutely love everything about this LUT minus one major issue with it and most the other LUTs available, everything looks fine until I'm in a car behind the windscreen then everything the other side of the windscreen is blurry and majorly smudged like an oil painting, I thought it was just how the game looks with DLSS when in a car right up to the point where I tried Preem LUT and Nova Supernova luts, both of those don't have the issue at all, everything is just as crisp through a windscreen as it is when outside a vehicle.
There is something to do with a setting the luts change that this one and admittedly most, don't. My gut tells me its either sharpening or CA or some other effect that smudges the screen when looking through glass in game (anything in motion is ugly as hell basically) that when tweaked a certain way, doesn't happen hence Preem Lut and Nova Supernova both are perfectly crisp. But I don't like how they look compared to this, this is the best LUT apart from for this issue. I'll try and get a picture of what I mean.
It's a vanilla exposure issue, not the LUTs. If you used Preem or Nova LUT with their ENV, it's because I made changes to the lighting system. Use Blind Begone or Nova City to fix that when using other LUTs or use Vision LUT with Nova's ENV.
Thats actually my current set up, Nova City (beta) with Vision LUT, I just switch out the luts and find Preem Lut is the only one to not have this but, but Nova City (Beta) with any other lut has the visual bug. But I appreciate it's not a bug with your mod per sey I just wonder why Preem fixes it seemingly but sadly doesn't look as good at night etc.
Of all the LUT I try (around 40 LUTs I believe), subjectively speaking by far this is the most cinematic/photographic CP 2077 LUT available. For several weeks now this is my main LUT and been preaching this LUT with my close friend and colleagues, surely not all but most of them agree this LUT is the most perfect fit for street photography and vintage cinema look. The idea utilizing the famous Kodak Vision 3 500T specifically is a dream come true for vintage cinema and street photographic fan. The way how concrete and asphalt from a distance looks majestic (yes I'm that nerdy), soft blend during golden hours looks sublime. Realistically I know this is not 1:1 with the real deal, but other than this, nothing comes even close, definitely needs an update of some sort (or variants), but most definitely this as good as it get when your looking that specific feel, this LUT needs more recognition tbh.
Using this with your Nova City or SosuineAlternative Weather Visuals plus her plethora LODs and visual improvement is my go to, excellent job! thank you for your hard work, cheers!
Hit it on the nail! I've been using Nova LUT 2 Classic, and that's good, but got bored of the simple colours and shades, this has a much nicer and warmer cinematic look, defo changes a lot, especially with Nova City.
Finally I think I have come to what pleases me. That LUT (and I have tried all of theCyanideX's as well as the most popular) is all I have been waiting for. The least possible "gamey" look I have encountered. Not too saturated without being washed out. Nights and dark areas are not too dark or too bright. Combined with Nova City I think I have come at last to the visuals I have been seeking all along.
I am playing with SDR, Ultra+ RT-PT (latest CET version), 1080p, DLSS Quality (balanced in Dogtown).
hi, im searching for the best LUT+ENV comination to have a realistic sky in the night, i'm tired of this blue'ish bright sky at 3AM, i want to have black sky or very blue dark sky just like in real life.
In my case Vision LUT + FUJI ENV is the best combination. Or you can try NOVA LUT PURE + NOVA LUT ENV + FUJI ENV if you want really dark nights. Screenshots for preview: https://imgur.com/a/Lwuvv8Y
I must say, this combined with your ENV "Light" from Preem LUT 2.0 with Ultra+ (Allowing me to run pathtracing) and Ultra Fog... makes the game INCREDIBLE! I love the grittiness of this LUT (M31 is TOO contrasty for me personally).
This was a pleasant surprise, looks really good even compared to my current favorite; nova lut. Seems to have a subtle magenta tint, with a warmer look and feel without going overboard. Overall, i'm liking this one a lot. Thank you!

If you like the filmic look, and haven't seen it already, you could also check out Hard LUT.
Tried to combine it wit Nova LUT 2 (and kodak LUT) (priority load as is written in the description), which makes it worse.
Also, no changes in the weather when using the CET overlay to change the weather type. Any tips?

That LUT deserves more fame !
