Helo, for me this is the Best mod to have in this game, because we didnt really have an hideout / apartment around pacifica but I have a question tho, is it just me, or we can't really sleep or take a bath? does the bed & shower only a prop and non functional ?
Unfortunately, these are just non-functional props. The only thing you can do there is access the laptop and your stash. The rest is purely cosmetic. I don't even know if making the bed and the shower functional is doable. If it is, I'll try to make a functional version of this hideout ^^ + thereare props in AMM called "sleep interaction" and "shower interaction", BUT they only play a short animation that cuts off. Apart from that, it doesn't do anything, unfortunately :c
Ty so much for your replay, I'm using Survival System mod, so having an functional apartmen around pacifica is really helpfull to recover my energy without having to go back to heywood to rest. But still much love from me for the amazing mod <3
I love the mod, and it looks beautiful. Sadly, for some reason my game gets laggy (I used the wood version). I have previously used other presets without any issue, but I'm almost certain is a problem from my side. Anyways, lovely place <3

Yeah, it might cause lagging for some computers since there are a lot of assets, so don't worry about that ^^ Or: the mirror might be an issue bc it's constantly flickering (I put a real mirror over the smart one so you can take selfies in it). Try removing the real mirror to see if the problem persists. Let me know if it gets better <3
I wanted to renovate the Dogtown apartment corpo style, but in the middle of it something went wrong and I was totally new to AMM. Besides, it appears AikoHayashi had already done a great job with the apartment. You can grab it here!
I've just uploaded the wooden version. It's not as glowy as the glass version bc I'd put too many long lamps and I'm confused which lamp is which. I hope it's sufficient :)

One type of house that I think was missing (due to no flying vehicles in the base game) is a rooftop house you can only access with parkour. Or otherwise a house you can only practically access with let there be flight.
I like this because it makes you have more chances to use the rollercoaster
Well, one of my next projects involves an unused rooftop house in the north of Japantown, with the shell already there. I use freefly, fast travel from anywhere 2 anywhere and custom map markers, so I can teleport easily from and to the rooftop area.
