According to Vortex, you're supposed to pick which version you want and move the archive folder inside it to archive/pc/mod. So if you want to use version 2, you have to go into the Version 2 folder and move the folder named "archive" out of there and into archive/pc/mod. The game will only recognize it if you do that. Vortex should've told you this when you installed the mod, unless you installed it manually.

Tested here on 1.6 version and don't work too. Editing my comment because i removed all mod files and start install the mods again and this time worked in 1.6 game version. Maybe in first time there was a conflit with another mod (this mod), anyway i am attach photos in image section this post (here too) if some one want to see the difference between vanilla, mod V1 and mod V2. Thank you for this great mod @bella6801.
looove your mod. makes v look so alluring. hoping one day this could be standalone -- it's beautiful on the other major npcs but i didn't want it affecting panam, the arms dealer in the mega building, misty, rogue etc. even though i prefer a standalone though v2 is so gorg.
Some major NPCs have unique eye textures (eg: Kerry), but a few like Misty and generic NPCs share the same eye texture as V. So yes, it will, but it looks nice.

I can't find any information about it anywhere, but there are two versions in the download folder.
