This is my first attempt ever at making an Asian character and I'm quite pleased with it so I thought I'd share. There are 2 preset files: Osa and Osa2. Take a look at the pictures and see which one you like more. Osa 1 and 2 aren't that different (Osa 2 looks more innocent and introvert In my opinion) so they dont have mod conflicts with each other just go through with the installation properly and you can change between two presets ingame with no problems whatsoever.
Firstly You'll need to download Appearance Change Unlocker so you can use the Preset files.

Place "OSA.preset" and "OSA2.preset" files inside ...\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceChangeUnlocker\character-presets\female folder.
Now you should be able to see both presets ingame in CC or any other place where you can change your appearance. Sometimes when you click on a preset, only half of it will load, if this happens don't worry just let a few seconds pass and then click on the same preset again and it should load the preset completely.

Below is the list of the mods I used for V to look like the pictures above, you should download them if you want the same results.

Download the Refits for Vannila and Phantom Liberty clothes so body won't clip out of the clothes

Download Arms, Cyberarms, Head and Finer detail Textures
4k Complexion and Body for Female V
Download These:

and don't worry about switching between Osa and Osa2 preset, the white eye changes in ACU so you don't need to change Archive files everytime.
