Base functionality
Added alternative version with enhanced hipfire explosions visuals (to make Dum Dum proud)
Pet project of the Maelstrom Dum Dum. It was meant to be a next generation, bleeding edge, revolver, empowered by the tech stolen from Militech. It ended up being stolen itself, during the tumultuous events surrounding Militech's raid.
Can be bought from Frank's Emporium of dubiously acquired goods (shown in image gallery), once at level 17 or above. CET code: Game.AddToInventory("Items.Preset_High_Doom", 1)
Adding the optional file will give the weapon 2 mod slots (1 for Power Revolver mods + 1 for Smart Revolver mods)
