    Excellent!
I've been trying it with Kiroshi Opticals - Crowd Scanner, and it honestly seems to be working fine thus far and perfectly compatible!
    Definitely on my MUST list!

Hey I really like your mod! Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm installing manually and I was wondering where do I drop the info.json. I saw someone say that it was fine to drop the .ARCHIVE file in the mod folder but would I also put the json there as well? I have the mod installed like this: cyberpunk2077/archive/pc/mod/furtherfelonies.archive

Hey, yeah the easiest way is to unpack the zip which will have 2 folders - R6 and Mods. Drag both of them into the X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077 folder and they'll be automatically assigned to wherever they need to go

Vortex borks on the 1.11a version. I think it's because the "mods" and "r6" folders are packed under a "Further Felonies4"

Uninstalling the existing 1.11 completely, repacking 1.11a and installing that manually seems to work.

Any chance of a re-pack of the re-pack Or just watch out for that in future versions? Or remove the download with mod manager button? Thanks.

Ah f*#@, I clicked the Remove the download with mod manager button so that should be fixed now. Its better to just manually install mods for Cyberpunk in my view.

EDIT - I downloaded the mod from here and manually installed it, and didn't have any issues. I've updated the description informing people to install manually

Thanks. Cyberpunk 2077's the first game I've tried using Vortex with. It's... ok. With some major limitations.

I find if I install mods manually then, assuming it's a heavily modded one, I end up spending all my time managing my install than actually playing. I think I had a Morrowind save going for about 5 years. Also games on engines like this and Unity end up getting hella confusing with all the paths and deep directory trees.

Yeah the thing I like about Cyberpunk modding is that you don't need to worry about the load order, unlike Fallout or Skyrim. I always just drag s#*! into the root directory and its good to go

Hey man! I see you updated the mod, thanks! But please, can you consider uploading a non redmod version (like your previous updates)? Thanks!

Edit: can we just take the .archive file and put it in "Cyberpunk 2007/archive/pc/mod"?

Hey Kruatz, yeah you can just take the archive file and stick it in Cyberpunk 2007/archive/pc/mod. Its odd that I haven't had the issues you and Dragon32 did, did you use Vortex by any chance ?

EDIT - I've updated the description, manually install only

I didnt say I had any problem, lol! It is just I dont install Redmod mods, it is said by many mod authors that using Redmod + non redmod mods can end up on borking your game somehow, so I just have 0 Redmods installed! I always manually install too btw!

Cool, so we can just take the archive file and follow the classic file estructure, I will do that, thanks!

Just wanted to ask, does the Comedic file cover the 20 extra felonies in the main file or can we use both so that they work together?

Nah, I haven't added the 20 additional crimes to that one yet as I also want to update it and do a typo fix patch. But that should be done on the weekend if time permits

Thank you for the update. Hate to be that guy right away, but it apparently is not Aggrevated but Aggravated Mayhem. Maybe both are correct? I had no idea what it means while translating it so I had to google it and, is it the same like Mutilation but worse, right?

Ha well spotted, yeah its supposed to be aggRAvate not aggREvate. But you can use the correct Czech translation either way. Basically its like reckless endangerment only in that its intentional so, driving into a crowd of people with the intent to cause permanent injury etc.

Thanks. Good to see that you also added couple of more personalized bounties.

Would be possible to also edit some of the original crimes? Because at least their translation in my language doesn't make much sense since it sounds like the scanned gangster wasn't the attacker but the victim. I can't remember the exact crime right now unfortunately.

Edit: It is Assault by Mob.

In that case I would say to use a crime that resembles it the closest so in the case of 'Assault by Mob' in which case its what the guy you scanned should be be wanted for as a perpetrator. I did a google translate and the closet I came up with Skupinový výprask or Skupinový útok

I know how I would translate it, but the problem is that it already is translated by the official translation. The translation is Assault by Mob (Napadení gangy), which really is what it is supposed to be, but it should be Participation in Assault by Mob (Účast na napadení gangy) or Participation in gang violence (Účast na násilí gangů), and it should most likely be one of the most common crime among the gangsters. It is what they do every day. What I was basically asking you, if you could possibly provide a file which could be used for changing the vanilla translation, since I have no idea how to use wolvenkit for what I would like to do.

Edit: Is it going to work if I create a new file Transgression.AssaultByMob.yaml do the changes I want in that, or it wont be loaded since this is not everything it need to be done?

In general I don't poke about with the vanilla crimes as the last time I did that I'd get CTDs everytime I scanned someone but I'll look into it

Also you don't need Wolvenkit, you can just rename the txt file to a yaml file and that should work

Appreciate the vote of confidence there, but I don't consider my mod to be particular ground breaking. Its a niche, nice little immersion booster, but a lot of players can forgo it. Funny enough its a bit of a hit with the French !

You can expect an update sometime this month with the typo's addressed, however the mod doesn't require frequent updates like Encore/CET/I Really Want To Stay At Your House does.

But still, keep an eye out for my next mod that I'll be working on once I've figured out how to use Cyberscript properly

No more updates ? Your mod is very good, ans as fare I can say it works with 2.11

There will be updates fairly soon. I need to do a spelling/typo fix for a few of the crimes and I want to add character specific crimes such as what I did with Placide, mostly for the NCPD bounty targets.

In the original role-playing game, there was the "protect and serve" complement, that talks precisely about the crimes that are committed in Night City and how they are treated when playing a campaign in a police environment. I mention it in case you want to have it as an authorized reference for the lore of the game.

I didn't know about this one. I took some creative liberties with a few of the new crimes and mixed them up with real world crimes that would definitely take place in Night City but I'll take a look at this protect and serve component that your talking about. I didn't get into Cyberpunk until I played CP2077 so I'm a bit lost when it comes to all of the lore intricacies

ya might want to look here

      https://rtalsoriangames.com/downloadable-content/

some of the PDF files might have some juicy bits to add. plus, they are free, and why the hell not? they make for great reading when you are bored too. XD
have a (hard) copy of the Protect n Serve sourcebook and its got some silly stuff.
We used to have these gangs, called 'Poser' gangs. Valentino's started out as one of those back in 2020. their whole point was to bang as many hard to persuade, beautiful and rich gals of the city as possible. the harder they were to get, the more the 'Tino's wanted em.
another type of Poser Gang were the ones that got bodysculpts...
the Bozo's were one (Ozob Bozo being probably the last living member) they were killer clowns. each Bozo had an explosive linked to their BioMon so that if they died, BOOOOM! (a dead clown is not always a safe clown)
      and we had the 'Trekkies'
      yeah, you read that right...Trekkies.
Admiral Kirk being the leader (and only William Shatner look alike), but there were Spock's, Data's and Uhura's. even Wesley's (who probably got a lot of flak XD) "Shut up, Whesley!"

if the sourcebooks interest you, you can get digital version from places like amazon. a while back, you could get all 4 chromebooks (sourcebooks with lots of new Chrome, guns, items, programs and usefull stuff plus junk) for free, if you had an amazon prime account.

Thanks for that I'll take a look. I'll be updating the mod at some point soonish, not sure when but I'll be adding a few more CP2077 specific crimes including the more accurate NCPD scanner wanted lists.

Ever felt guilty about killing that one gang goon who was just going about their day ganging and banging?
Have you gotten riled up and just executed a motherfucker for looking at you wrong ?
Been assigned a Gig where you have to klep some s#*! but been a bit heavy handed with those that come between you and a paycheck ?

Well feel guilty no more !

This hits home more than it should

Can you add specific crimes to specific named NPCs? Because for example I just scanned Barry Alken, but he was wanted only for Illegal street races, Necrophilia and Tax evasion but according to the NCPD contact call he committed first degree murder so I would expect these should be shown there.

Yep, these will be in the next version. I have to go back through the police scanners and list what crimes their wanted for and then check to see if their yaml files can be edited or not. For instance , Placide already has additional crimes added to his list, next time you run into him, scan him. However not every boss character's rap sheet can be edited.

That's great. I've seen Placide's file, I just wasn't sure if it is possible to do for goons which are not part of the main quest. Good luck.
