If installing via vortex, make sure to use hardlink deployment. Before asking for help, remove all previous installations of CET and manually install the most recent version. Vortex screws up, a lot.
Note: We will only provide support for legitimate updated copies of the game and CET. If you're using an older version, you're on your own.
If your CET is not working or doesnt show up like it is supposed to, try getting the last version of CET before the latest one. I had an issue where the mod wasnt working on the latest version and being a framework mod, it obviously affected some other of my mods too like mod settings. I had to run around the internet for solutions but this did it for me, as a lot of users are reporting the latest versions to not work for some reason. instead of 1.32.2 which didnt work, i switched to 1.31.3 and the keybind prompt appeared normally on the first try, and the mod(s) works now.
