Extract Engine.ini into your C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\CodeVein\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\ folder, replacing any that already exist.

The mod with some performance-hungry options changed: shadow-map resolution & texture streaming are kept at default, LODs aren't as improved as before, and particle effects are set at three-quarters of the default game (as those effects are so demanding)
