Adds more ships to Cobalt Core.

Starlight Harbor Adds five additional ships:

 The Juno heavy ship, Luna gunship, and Haze missile ship, Tine minelayer and Muni artifact ship.

Juno is big enough to cover a portion of the map, has immense health, two cannons, and two launchers.

Luna generates shell casings on cannon fire, but has two cannons.

Haze generates fumes per two object launched, but has two launchers.

Muni doubles the first two cards played at the cost of -1 energy per turn. Doubled midrow spawns will be shifted to prevent collision. This does not work very well with multiple-object spawns like Battalion.

Tine spawns a mine.

Byte makes temporary cards permanent and starts with CAT.EXE, but gains Corrupted Cores.

Luna, Muni, and Juno have a boss artifact.
