    This mod breathes so much extra life into the game! Letting the difficulty cap out higher makes every single other mod better by default, and I like that you concentrated a lot of that difficulty in the later chapters as opposed to the base game mostly just making chapter 1 harder. I also absoluetly love the "Beg" mechanic you gave to Evil Rigg's first dreadnought.

    I do think that the Cobalt is a bit excessive on Cosmic though. Even on runs that kill two or all three chapter 3 elites without taking any damage, it's a 50/50 shot whether they'll get completely decimated by the Cobalt. It's better than a big anticlimax, but leaves a strong feeling of being not balanced right. If you could sprinkle some of those upgrades around the rest of chapter 3 and then nerf the final boss slightly I think it'd be more fun.

      As for the Cobalt: fair enough, it's always a really tough fight for me.

      Though I'm not so sure about how exactly to nerf it. I'd need to take another long hard look at enemy balance. Maybe I'll just give it back its third turn, where it has neither missiles nor trash? I'll have to think about it

      • Fixed a bug where Underwater Lifeform or Snute could crash the game on targeting
      A bigger update featuring Mecha Riggs changes and a custom run builder is next on the menu. No ETA yet
