-Mithridates II Arsacid Trait/Foundations of the Silk Road: Declaring a Protectorate War grants +50% Culture in all cities for the next 10 turns. Liberating a city grants +50% Faith in all cities for the next 10 turns. International Trade Routes gain +0.5 Culture per Luxury resource in the origin city. Trade Routes sent to city-states gain +2 Faith.
-Mithridates II Arsacid Agenda/Parthian Shah of Shahs: Likes to declare Protectorate Wars. Likes civilizations that aren't competing for the same city-state allegiance. Dislikes civilizations that are directly competing for city-state allegiance.
-Parthia Trait/Philhellene Shahs: Heavy Cavalry, Light Cavalry, and Ranged Cavalry class units can move after attacking if starting the turn in home territory. Conquered cities do not lose Population. Occupied cities gain +0.5 Culture per Population. Occupied cities gain +1 Great Prophet and Great Writer points per turn.
-Parthia Unit/Parni Horse Archer: Costs 5 Horses to train and 1 Horses maintenance. +4 Combat Strength when attacking. Can attack twice if starting the turn in home territory. Gain +1 Range when in enemy territory.
-Parthia District/Satrap's Court: Gain minor Culture and Faith adjacency from adjacent districts. +2 Loyalty when at war and -1 Loyalty when at peace. +1 Horses per turn. +1% Food, Science, Culture, Production, Gold, and Faith in all cities per Satrap's Court, up to 25%. Strategic Resource Stockpile increases by 10

-Parthia uses alternate names available in the menu: Parnia and Arsacids.
