Awesome map. I've been playing it for 2 weeks now, got it up to 160k people and the game engine is struggling with my suburb sprawl which covers about 75% of the main island.
Thanks. I would suggest to use mod (I know about two on thunderstore.io - search for tiles). Alternatively you can do that by yourself - open the editor, load the map, edit "starting tiles" and save it.
