This doesn't add fuel bp to fuel islands, I will modify it to do this but for those of us who play with no blueprints unlocked please add this.

Where do we have to put the .ps1 script for Powershell to recognize it?

I have added an additional picture showing how to use the script to the main mod page. It shows:
      - Windows Powershell opened as an administrator
      - Setting execution policy to unrestricted so the script can run
      - Changing directory to wherever the script has been downloaded/unzipped to
      - Invoking the script with a path to a save file as well as the "switches" like -populateEmptyIslands that tell the script to work its magic.

I'm not sure how you think scripting works, but powershell is built in to windows. Everything you need is well documented in the description page, and you don't need to download anything other than the script itself.

So - put script in save folder, run with powershell, paste in the below pathway, run? That's it?

.\Add-BlueprintsToSaves.ps1 -pathToSaveFile "C:\Users\whateverYourUserNameIs\AppData\Roaming\Carrier Command 2\saved_games\slot_XX\save.xml" -populateEmptyIslands -pairTurretsAndAmmo -bonusBlueprintsForShields

      Hope that helps!

Haven't had a chance to test, but I don't think so - from what I hear nothing has changed regarding the save file.
