Bully Scholarship Edition - 4K Upscaled Pre-Rendered Cutscenes

Using AI upscaling techniques, I was able to upscale the awful 720p rendered cutscenes to 2160p/4K. The videos went through two phases of upscaling techniques to add details and reduce the noise and aliasing caused by low resolution cutscenes.

Bully's current draw distance is horrifically low, many assets and buildings disappearing only a couple yards away, well this mod fixes that with properly scaled draw distance for just about everything but trees (couldnt get it to work without breaking the trees)
