Mod release.
The mod updates outdated movement mechanics, addresses the issues of the poor port, and simply makes life easier, thus making the game more enjoyable for players. The functionality of this script can be enabled or disabled in the configuration file, allowing players to customize everything to their own preferences.
Mod Features:
Auto Cycling – While riding a bike, press the sprint button to speed up instead of spamming the forward key.
Auto Running – Simulates pressing the "sprint" key every frame. This means that you no longer need to spam the key for fast running.
Auto Skateboarding – The same principle as "Auto Running", but applied to a skateboard.
AWP Zoom – This setting will allow you to change the camera view without having to take your hands off the mouse (this option only for mouse). Press the "Lock on Ped" button to enter the Zoom mode and again to exit it. While holding down the button, the focus will be on the Ped. To change the zoom when aiming a super slingshot or taking photos with a camera, use the mouse scroll wheel. The duration of the button press can be configured in the settings.
Hold To Crouch – When the Crouch key is pressed, the player will crouch, and when it is released, they will continue walking.
Look Back –Now when using the controller when you run and press the "Look Back" button, the player doesn't start running in circles. This option requires additional actions to work. See "Installation".
Mouse Camera – With this option, the camera control will come with a mom mouse, not as a joystick imitation. This, for example, allows you to remove the block on the camera rotation speed.
Mouse Tegging – Bomb the graffiti and tags using the mouse rather than the movement keys. A very enjoyable thing for those who have always done it only via "WASD".
Swap Controllers – Automatically changes input device from keyboard to joystick and vice versa without going to the game settings menu. This option requires additional actions to work. See "Installation".
Vehicle Mouse Camera – Fixes a bug for bicycles and mopeds, when using the mouse could not lock the camera when viewing the sides.
Zoom Stick Sensitivity – Increases the sensitivity of the camera stick when using the joystick in Zoom In.
Installation:
Copy (or Cut) _derpy_script_loader folder.
Paste it to your Bully Scholarship Edition folder.
Enable or disable options in the config.txt file to the ones you feel comfortable playing with.
To use "Swap Controllers" or/and "Look Back", go to the DSL config in "_derpy_script_loader/config.txt" and set "true" for "allow_system_access" and "yes_im_sure_i_know_what_im_doing". Set "false" for "allow_networking". Also make sure you install the package from the installation files.
