Reduced background cpu usage
Adjusted the path to the presets folder for the dll. If your presets do not show up in the webui, move the "Presets"-folder from the "Win64" folder into the "Plugins"-folder.

B3HM is a very simple to use tool that allows you to modify Borderlands 3 hotfixes with mods that are similar to what you might know from Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel.
All you need is B3HM itself and a WebBrowser.
