About this mod
Adds more shield manufacturers and makes attributes exclusive to certain manufacturers, for example Turtle Pangolin shields, Absorb Vladof shields, etc. Includes new shield stats for the new manufacturers based on BL2 stats and changes Legendary/Unique manufacturers.

INSTALL
To install the .pak file, navigate to your game install location and go to OakGame\Content\Paks. Extract the .pak file into this location.
To install the hotfix file, extract the .bl3hotfix file and use the "Add Local Path" option within the B3HM interface to add the file. Make sure you save a preset after adding the file.
