Nerfed the True Rework option on STV, added a more reasonable version of Nervous Blood's Firerate Bonus, renamed Feel the Burning to Feel the Burn and changed it's Shield Recharge Delay Bonus to match Embrace the Pain, added an option to make the Legendary Torch COM boost Feel the Burn, added an option to make Buzz Axe Bombadier boost Rocket Capacity, added options to change the requirement for the 3 remaining bloodlust killskills, and added a Stupid Shit section with a tweak to make Feed the Meat boost health multiplicatively(via the most jank implementation possible) but only be active while shields are down.

Added the True Rework on Silence the Voices, Taste of Blood Unrestricted, Release the Beast Rework, Fuel the Rampage into Feel the Burning, Strip the Flesh Buff and Embrace the Pain Fix Options.
