Arrow Trick Arrows

Adds Oliver Queen's quiver and a few of his trick arrows.

Configuration
You can configure the mod in the mod settings
BolaArrow
"Maximum Reach": Determines the maximum reach of the bola arrow. If both feet are in the radius when the arrow hits something they will be snared. (default 1.0)
Rope Arrow
"Retract/Extend Speed": Determines how fast you retract/extend the grapple (default 2.0)
"Use Joystick": Use joystick up/down to retract/extend rather than trigger/alt-use (default false)
"Auto Retract Factor": When attaching an item or an NPC to something it will auto retract. This value determines by which factor the height difference is multiplied. (default 0.5)
Electric Arrow
"Max Charge": Determines how much a single electric arrow can shock. (default 5)
"Charge Strength": Determines how strong the shock is. (default 1)
Tranq Arrow
"Tranq Activation Time": Determines how long it takes for the tranquiliser to take effect (in seconds). (default 3.0)
"Tranq Length": Determines how long the tranquiliser lasts (in minutes). (default 1.0)
Explosive Arrow
"Time To Explosion": Determines how long till the arrow explodes (in seconds). (default 3.0)
"Explosion Radius": Determines how large the explosion is. (default 10.0)
"Explosion Force": Determines how strong the explosion is. (default 20.0)
"Explosion Player Force": Determines how strong the explosion affects the player. (default 5.0)
"Explosion Damage": Determines how much damage the explosion does. (default 20.0)
"Explosion Player Damage": Determines how much damage the explosion does to the player. (default 20.0)

Installation
Can be installed like any other mod using a mod manager.
