Adds the Pact of Punishment from Hades. Add modifiers to your dungeon runs to make them harder!

Includes most of the relevant modifiers from the Pact in Hades, obviously excluding ones that deal with money or game-specific mechanics.
Hard Labor: All foes deal bonus damage, +20% per rank
Lasting Consequences: Any healing effects restore less of your health than usual, -25% per rank
Calisthenics Program: All foes have higher health, +15% per rank
Benefits Package: All foes have perks, +1 per rank
Forced Overtime: All foes have bonus speed and attack speed, +20% per rank
Routine Inspection: You cannot bring weapons (1) or spells (2) with you when you enter the dungeon
Damage Control: All foes take less damage, -15% per rank
Approval Process: All foes despawn their weapons when they die
Tight Deadline: You get 10 minutes to finish the dungeon, reduced by 1 minute per rank
