Compatibility:
This mod overwrites the following files/folders and is not compatible with any other mod that affects the same locations.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download Joew's Mod Unlocker and follow the provided installation instructions.
2. Download the main file for this mod.
3. Extract the “Bellwright” folder into the main game directory.
- All .pak mods should be placed in the following folder:

- Base Cost Removal: We've eliminated the Base Cost for every villager, which previously ranged from 0 to 300 extra renown. This change simplifies early game recruitment and becomes a non-factor by mid to late game, ensuring smoother progression without impacting the game's balance.
- Recruitment Requirement Reductions: Our mod progressively relaxes recruitment restrictions across six stages:
- Stage 1: Removes the Base Cost.
- Stage 2: Eliminates the need to have Liberated villages.
- Stage 3: Lowers the required trust tier by one level (e.g., from Bellwright to Protector).
- Stages 4 to 6: Further reduce the required trust tier by one with each stage, culminating in Stage 6, where you can recruit anyone with the necessary renown, regardless of your relationship status.
