Portrait Loader for 1.9. Only tested against modtek, but should work with modloader as well. (note the included CPLHelper folder is also needed)

Got the old version running for 1.3 - FP. Some UI bugs but its the best i can offer for now. Its really untested but i could create a char and select a voice and he appeared in barracks. Might be completely broken so.
