This has been unpack and go modpack but to make the zip smaller you have to now also go to folder...

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\Managed

And run "BattleTechModLoaderInjector" which installs the mod loader.
