I like this mod, thank you for writing it. Unfortunately, it will not work if you have altered pilot leveling difficulty. I am in Rougetech and I altered my pilot leveling to the extreme to make their leveling go slower (10 10 10 10 pilots make the battle easier)
Thank you for brining this to may attention! I believe I can make that change. If you would, please create a bug (on the bugs tab) with the name of the file the configuration was changed in, and the changed values that were made. This will make the modification easier to test.
That is AWESOME! The mod.Json was not included in the download so I grabbed an earlier copy. I have some examples for should not be white, some green and all green. I saw the hardcoded xp table you had on git hub earlier, I'm a little excited to see what the new code looks like. Higher level, 1 upgrade available https://imgur.com/ZiORwpE 4 upgrades available (all supposed to be green) https://imgur.com/LzhqFdm (all supposed to be white, massive amount of xp in reserve. Last version would make them all red or yellow) https://imgur.com/9RcL4ei
It might take a bit to see if the reds and yellows appear. But this is spot on.

You can use the Retrainer mod to reset a pilot's XP to test. BEX has it, and I'm pretty sure RT has it as well. I just changed the Retrainer mod to a zero cost, allow multiple resets, and not require any modules.
You plan on trying to have this submitted to any of the big 3?
I'll look into that, thanks for the suggestion! I'm guessing that I just need to go to their discord to petition?

I think this is the mod where I accidently forgot to include the mod.json on the update, and had to reupload. The current release here and on GitHub have the mod.json. Let me know if that is not what you see.
I got the 2 step and 3 step tested and they worked great. (I sent images but next time the retainer mod might be quicker than flying from clan space back to the IS)
For RT I think you need to ask them on the discord (The other 2 are probably similar). (I have also seen them go after mods they like to get them through their testing process)
I saw both files there on the upload.
Thanks for fixing that, I personally hate forgetting to assign levels to pilots as the skills make a big difference but it's hard to go through the whole roster.
TBH, I made it because I kept forgetting to upgrade my pilots before deployment. I didn't realize how much faster it made upgrading in the barracks. So yay to pleasant surprises!
