On heavy modding, the starting Ronin's portraits might glitch out (white icon). This mod restores their portraits. The affected pilots are: Behemoth, Dekker, Glitch, Medusa. Requires Modtek. Should work with any version of Battletech. Warning: Only works for new campaigns.

This mod replaces the starting Ronin's portraits with a pre-rendered icon. While the game might glitch out and not render their portraits using its own portrait renderer, the pre-rendered icons are immune to this issue.
The pilots this mod affects are: Behemoth, Dekker, Glitch, Medusa.
Should be compatible with mods that change these pilots, as long as the icon and .json tree path towards the icon definition are not changed. Other changes should be just fine, including description changes, stat changes, so on.
Requires Modtek.
Installation: Install Modtek Extract mod directory to Battletech/Mods/ Should work.
Custom portraits: You can replace the provided portraits with your own .png files, to change the aforementioned pilots' images. It only works with the four starting Ronin.
Limitation: Only works for new campaigns. The game stores the pilot details in the save file, and doesn't refresh this info if you install the mod in an ongoing campaign. However, if the game hasn't generated a buggy pilot yet (e.g. if you're using Random Start), this mod should fix their portrait if you encounter them.
