I'd actually second this as being a good idea. I always turn off DCM normally because it feels like my morale means little with the constant reset; but a more limited nudge would be much more appealing.
Hey Mad. I need a favor if you could add an option for compatibility with the Pilot Quirks mod as your mod and its conflict. Pilot quirks have a tech skill increase as a pilot quirk, I would like that quik to work in conjunction with your mod.
Hey xeryx, I need a bit more information. I have not marked DCM as beeing incompatible with any other mod, so please give me a hint at what conflict arises where. DCM doesn't really touch the Tech-Skill either so i'm quite curious how it would conflict with the other mod. You could send me the Logfile "DynamicCompanyMorale.log", i'll have a look if there are hints. As you probably use some other mods as well, what are the indicators that DCM is the culprit? Oh sorry I did mess up and said tech skill but there is a morale pilot bonus that it is these 2 skills in the Pilot quirks that are getting instantly reset to 0. "pilot_honest_MoraleBonus" : 1, "pilot_disgraced_MoralePenalty" : -1,

Going to try combining this with Monthly Tech and Morale Adj by just porting your morale values into their constants file. I think the two would play well together if it works.
This looks promising! Going to take it for a test drive. Will this work with Roguetech by any chance? I take it I should remove MonthlyMoraleReset and MonthlyTechandMoraleAdjustment, right?
Should work with RT, but not tested by myself. MMR is basically incorporated, so yeah that should not be active at the same time. Just looked at the code of MTAMA and... it will probably not work because we're patching the same methods.
Thank you sir! May I include your mod with mine? Having morale that resets every month makes a huge difference in the game for me, It is fine if you don't, I will just reference you page. The main reason of course is I have different morale effect settings. I was also wondering if you could put in a settings.json for the time multiplier for events.
