Fantastic! I haven't seen any mod that does something like this, except that "small ammo bins" (https://www.nexusmods.com/battletech/mods/12/?tab=files) one, but it hasn't updated since launch day of BT, and it isn't for Modtek.

Thanks for letting me know, there must have happened en error, when I untagled the files from the other mods I'm using them together with. I'll have a look at this later today and update the files. Can you please let me know which version you were using?
I just tried again starting my saved game with all 4 versions I uploaded and didn't get an infinite loading screen. Another idea apart from mod incompatibility: are you using the most recents versions of both ModTek and BMTL?
Yeah you did, sorry I forgot, had a rough day. I looked at your list and it could be, that they folder structure of my mod caused problems. I uploaded another version "HalfAmmoBTorder" under Miscellaneous files, could you please test out if that solves your problems. Will update all versions if it does.
Well it didn't cause an ILS this time, which is good. However, half-tons of ammo failed to show up in the shops. I flew around to a couple systems just to be 100% sure. Here's the modtek log: https://pastebin.com/5BKfnw5T. I'm no expert, but the log appears to show the mod working flawlessly.
It's *possible* that the Better Sorting mod made those not appear if it's not made to handle non-vanilla items in shops. (But even then, I would expect at worst they might just show up in an odd spot, not gone completely)
Glad to hear it fixed at least the IFS for you, updated the files accordingly. To be honest, I have currently no idea why they don't show up for you. According to the log file your ModTek loads both the new ammo bins and shop entries without a problem. I tried installing Better Sorting myself and on my system the half ammo bins keep showing up and are sorted in correctly. I'll try to find out more about this.
Here's another possible solution I found while looking to get another mod I downloaded to work for myself: Make a back up of and delete load_order.json and the Cache folder in \"yourModFolder"\.modtek. That forces ModTek to read out the mods anew and has helped in some other cases too.
No luck, unfortunately. I cleared out those ModTek files and let them regenerate, but I'm still not seeing anything in the store for the half-tons of ammo.
