This mod is best used with either Monthly Morale Reset by lord_yig or Monthly Tech and Morale Adjustment by donZappo. I loved the idea of base morale resetting to 25 on a monthly basis and Argo upgrades giving you a permanent upgrade to your base morale.. But the game's events suddenly felt pretty weak and inconsequential. This mod fixes that issue.
Settings.json variables:
MoraleMultiplier: integer - Multiplies morale bonuses or maluses from events by this value (default 5).
MechTechSkillMultiplier: integer - Multiplies MechTech skill by this value (default 2).
MedTechSkillMultiplier: integer - Multiplies MedTech skill by this value (default 2).
