My pleasure. I spent a lot of time thinking about the way we interact with the weapons in this game. + raw damage breaks immersion for me, and I think it shifts the balance of play to high alpha strike Called Shots. That's made worse by easy LRM spam that does massive stability damage, generating free Called Shots due to knockdown. I hope that by taming the Alpha Strike, and reducing the LRM knockdowns, the Called Shot will be less OP. Maybe that will mean greater build, and play style, diversity.
