Undebuffed Vehicles v 1.1.1

Description and Intent:

Non-mech combat units have several major debuffs.
I don't think it makes sense, or helps gameplay be more fun.
Are mechs kings of the battlefield because tanks are hobbled behind the scenes?
Now you have to prove your superiority on an equal footing.
This adds challenge and hopefully makes tanks more interesting opponents.

Especially the little ones; Scorpions get a lot more improvement than Demolishers do.

TL:DR This mod makes the rules for initiative and movement apply equally to mechs and vehicles based on weight.

In vanilla:

** Compared to mechs of the same weight class vehicles go 1 lower in initiative.
** Medium and Light mechs get +1 and +2 difficulty to hit respectively, vehicles the same weight don't.
** Vehicles only get 50% evasion pips for moving the same distance.
** Vehicles can't get Guarded damage reduction from Brace or Bulwark.
** Vehicles have a 25% global nerf to structure and armor.
** Vehicles have AI settings that make them more suicidal than mechs.

All of the above have been removed, making vehicles equal to mechs in those areas.
Turrets are also given a slight boost. Instead of all being locked at initiative 1, medium turrets go on 2, and light turrets go on 3.

Vanilla Bugfixes:

Vehicles have been given a little TLC.

** Missing machinegun given to Bulldog. It had a hardpoint for it and lore says it should have one.
** Bulldog, Striker, Vargr moved to correct weight class for tonnage.
** Bulldog, Striker, Sleipnir, Vargr given correct movedef file. (Future mod compatibility: Currently no effect)
** Wheeled APC's 210 armor (!?!) on turret corrected to 50.

Notes:

Vehicles are still destroyed if any part of their structure reaches zero. As far as I know it's not possible to change this.

In this mod vehicles and turrets still take double melee damage.

If you don't want that open the mod's CombatGameConstants file, find these entries and change the 2.0 to 1.0.

Conflicts:

Any mod that changes base initiative or the base to-hit values or alters vehicle stats in combatgameconstants.json has the potential to conflict with this mod.
Any mod that changes mech initiative or base evasion will mean that vehicles won't quite match anymore.

Installation:

BTML and Modtek are required. Consult their documentation and follow the mod instalation proceedure.
However, it should go something like this:

If you are using Steam, right-click Battletech, select Properties.
Click the Local Files tab then click "Browse Local Files"
Drop the Undebuffed Vehicles folder into the Mods folder.

Removal:

If you want to temporarily disable this mod open ...\Steam\steamapps\common\BATTLETECH\Mods\UndebuffedVehicles\mod.json

Then change the "true" after the word "Enabled" to "false." Then save the file.

If you want to delete it remove the entire Undebuffed Vehicles folder.
Warning. Saves made with this mod may or may not work after removal.
