Weapon Rebalance Mod - no nerf edition will add all changes of the base mod except the nerfs done to Small and Medium Lasers. Minor adjustments are done to Pulse and ER models to reflect their base models.

This mod has some minor changes to weapon values to make them more balanced to each other. It reduces the power of OP weapons while underpowered weapons like the PPC or Large Laser are buffed to a reasonable level without making them overpowered.
