Hello guys,
I'm Jaiden and this is my first version of the BattleTech Weapon Rebalance Mod. While most things are already covered in the readme file or description page, i want to use this article to talk about "why" i had to create this mod.
All the changes are minor, but in total they have a fairly big effect on the game. The BattleTech universe, Tabletop or the HBS game has some minor problems - some weapons are always underpowered. Their upsides dont justify them. Lets take the AC2, one of the worst weapons of the game, and even with its buffs (12.5x more damage compared to the Tabletop) its still fairly lackluster, because a mere Medium Laser has the same Damage.
