   I have to agree. Precision shot does seem too much. 40% is a lot considering what`s happening.
   
   I`ll bet this will help alot, especially, if lik me, you play where Torso shots wipe out the mech.

   Well done. I've seen other changes to morale abilities but this is the first one that keeps the ability of precision shot (targeting parts and coring out mechs) while making it strategically balanced. Nice mod and thanks!
