Modifies Ghastly Ghouls a bit to add sunlight sensitivity, an appropriate regen, and a twisted way to resummon phylacteries

This addon does the following:
- Adds Sunlight Sensitivity: this will cause you to be weakened in the sunlight.
- Adds a shadow regeneration: when not in sunlight, you will regain 1HP per character level per turn. This can have interesting effects if you are downed.
- Unlocks the Speak with Dead spell. You are dead, it makes sense that you can speak to other dead.
- Allows you to resummon lost phylacteries at a GREAT cost. To do so you have to sacrifice a party member. Permanently.
* Requires a new game to function properly.
* If your sacrifice is resurrected and you have a phylactery in your inventory, you die. This is irreversible.
* If your sacrifice is resurrected and you summon a phylactery, you die. This is irreversible.
