This is just a Tribute.........

Hey folks! I'm back and I have been hard at work putting this masterpiece together. This is for all you folks that want some more UMPH in your bard performances. Now let me start by saying, the OST is full of fucking beautiful songs. Those masterpieces further inspired more masterpieces. I bring those masterpieces to you my friends, in playable form, in a FULL ON performance.

Let me take a minute to explain to you just what I have been able to do, and how amazing this project has been for me to learn and discover new things, ideas, creativity.
I have taken all 6 vanilla songs and replaced them with Metal versions, or much more charismatic performances from some many great artists.
The only song that I have not included is Queens High Seas, I could find no suitable recordings. But fear not, I found a suitable replacement ;)

I have found my songs that I wanted to use.
I sampled, cut, remixed, and remastered them.
I have added some reverb and other effects to some of the individual tracks to help make individual insturments sound better.
(The vocals for SIng for me is one example, I wanted her voice to echo acappella style)

Things don't sound bad by any means, hardly noticeable actually, but I will say that if you guys are only using one instrument at a time, at times the bass and flute tracks may have some unwanted white noise. This is unavoidable, it happens through the filtering process.

My recommendations after hours of testing
If you want to start off and bring each character in one at a time my recommendation will always be to do a combo of drums/bass or drums/flute. it sounds substantially better. once you bring in each required instrument, you will get the WHOLE song. just like larian intended.

I then sampled them through AI software to isolate each track. 
I then reconverted that track back for more mixing (blending support tracks and background harmonies).
I then take those sound files and conver them back to game format individually. That means there are 25 possible tracks that I have available to me
You guys cannot imagine the amount of labor it took to put this together, I hope youll like it

The end result?

A FULL ON ORCHESTRAL PERFORMANCE. Thats right.

Violins lines (if they are present in the song)

I have added Vocal tracks to 3 songs. You can "sing" by using Whistle.
Yea thats right, you can truly role play now as a bard blessed by the metal gods.
I have poured a whole lot of passion and intent into this project. and it is only my 2nd attempt. Give some time.  I have quite a few badass projects planned for all you music peeps. 

If you do not share my taste in music, thats ok. I plan on doing more genres and some more True Bard music

**Also I just discovered as a cool unintended consequence, if you try having 2 of the same instruments play the same song, it will revert back to vanilla**

If you guys wish it so, I can place FULL tracks on those unused violin spots. I will probably throw in some juicy violin mixes soon.

Installations is easy
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Public

UNINSTALLATION: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Public\Shared\Assets\Sound


**If you are updating or switching out packs, do NOT overwrite files. This will cause them to register as xxxxxxxxxx (2).wav and break the registry. Also you have no way of knowing which file is which.
Do a Clean installation every time.


Mods are incompatible with any file that changes the same audio. So far though, I think I am one of the only people actually that have uploaded something like this, so you are probably ok. either way, its easy. takes 10 seconds to have the most awesome time of your life.
