adds a small collection of heads to CC.
after months of batteling the entire damned process of making custom skeletons for custom heads i finally have a small collection of working heads, so here i share them:
2 are inspired by the witcher 3 ( yennefer and dettlaff ) 1 is inspired by Xaltar1's NWN2 Facelift Pack mod ( cerise ) for neverwinter nights 2 and the rest are just messing around in blender.
they all have icons but no fx during the speak with the dead cinematics. ( also I couldn't get the custom skeleton to function right on the Dettlaff and Brenra heads so most beards and piercing will not be placed properly on them, hopefully i'll be able to fix this in the future)
- 'Amata' is for body 1 Human , elves , drow and half elves
- 'Yennefer' is for body 1 Human , elves , drow and half elves
- 'Dettlaff' is for body 2 Humans
- 'Torri' is for body 1 Dwarves
- 'Brenra' is for body 1 Dwarves
- 'Sigri' is for body 1 Dwarves
- 'Cerise' is for body 1 Tieflings
UPDATE :
14/04/2024:
- Fixed Torri l0d issue, her head should no longer disapear when zoomed out
- Turns out Brenra had the same issue with the custom armature as Dettlaff so I applied the same temporary 'fix' to it ( use the vanilla armature instead ) this fixes the neck gap but most beards/piercings will no longer fit
WARNING: i'm new to making head mods, i had to learn by trial
and error and I am still finding out new things, while i didn't get any
issues using and testing this mod, i'm not 100% certain it is fully bug
free so install at your own risk

- use the BG3 Mod manager ! ( download latest release here )
- unzip and drop the 'bububull_face.pak' file in your Baldur's gate 3 'mods' folder (Users\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods
- Install with the BG3 mod manager
- DO NOT uninstall mid-playthrough ,
since patch 5 saves with missing mods will become unplayable anyway, but even without this removing mods once saved is a bad idea

- /.

- You might get a bald portrait if you start a new game with one of those head thanksfully a simple use ( enter then save without changing anything ) of the camp Magic mirror will fix that.
- beards and piercing may not always correctly fit kind of shot myself in the foot right off the bat by using base models that were not exported right, so it made editing the armatures even more tedious than it should be, so the bone fitting is far from perfect - dettlaff head has it the worse .
- Meshes have no l0ds! Make sure your animation level of detail is set to high or you'll probably get the floating head bug.

- Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Fixer, i believe this is still mandatory
- Achievement Enabler, why would you get locked out of Achievement just for some dumb haircut?
- you may need ImprovedUI ReleaseReady with the optional file for 'assets' for custom icon to show (not sure?)
