I would recommend to use Mod Manager to install this mod smooth and quickly, here is the link: https://github.com/LaughingLeader/BG3ModManager

Step 1: Download archive.
Step 2: Launch Mod Manager.
Step 3: File/ImportMod <choose downloaded archive>.
Step 4: Press Refresh.
Step 5: Move AbsolutePower mod to Active Mods section.
Step 6: Save load order.
Step 7: Launch the game.

If you want to install mod directly(much easier and better to use Mod Manager, really):

Step 1: Unzip mod in any place.
Step 2: Drop .pak file into BG3 Mods folder: <YourDisk>/Users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Larian Studios/Baldur's Gate 3/Mods.
Step 3: Navigate to <YourDisk>/Users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Larian Studios/Baldur's Gate 3/PlayerProfiles/Public and open modsettings.lsx file by using notepad.
Step 4: Open second file from archive which calls info.json
Step 5: Edit modsettings.lsx file like this:
