Beautiful mod! Would it be possible to make a version that's compatible with Tav body type 4 (I have no idea how modding works and totally understand if not!)?
Oh my gosh, I completely missed that. I was definitely thinking of this for half-elf, so thank you for the mod recommendation! I appreciate you and hope you have a gentle week! <3
Unfortunately, I do not know how to make this mod in loose version. I tried to find the right repository for the mod files, but I couldn't (the mod doesn't want to work in any way). I'm sorry :'(
I normally hate lore-unfriendly things, but since Larian already made him hairier, taller, and more buff than Forgotten Realms elves can be, I'm happy to make an exception for a goatee that makes him look so stinkin' handsome! Some people don't like chin-only goatees, but they've always been among my favorite types of facial hair for how they accentuate features without hiding anything important, along with just being very striking. It really does complement his features and face shape perfectly; thank you, OP!
I'm glad you liked it ♥ By making this mod, I forced myself to fall in love with this man even more. Goatee gives him +10 to charm And I'm glad to see another admirer of goatees
They're truly underrated! You put it better than I could have; he was already handsome and charming, but holy cow does your goatee make him utterly irresistible! 😍
Edit: On another note, I also can't wait to see this combined with the fangs once I get back to my regular PC! I can easily suspend my disbelief that he was so in-tune with his wild shape or one with nature that features uncharacteristic of elves eventually developed for him, because hot damn. (In other words, scratch what I initially said about "lore-unfriendly," especially since I clumsily worded it anyway. OTL Well, still lore-unfriendly with how the devs made him but made lore-friendly by the players lol.)
So, I have said this in other places, but from a bio-nerd standpoint... Body hair everywhere no longer serves much practical purpose for a species that has developed clothes, but body hair in the armpits and nethers persists to reduce skin-on-skin friction in a spot where movement + moisture would be prone to cause chafing. It's just a little cushion. But of course, elves did not evolve. So we have to assume they have some other kind of mechanism to replace body hair, and Corellon providing elfkind with bio-magical talcum powder is my personal favorite goofy headcanon. Alternatively, no such mechanism exists, elves are really prone to uncomfortable chafing, and Halsin, being a very big bio-nerd, has developed a hair-growth spell to solve the problem. And if there are a few aesthetically pleasing side effects, all the better!
I meant the bodybuilder-shaped body, not weight. Of course there can be tall, buff elves, but they're generally still going to be more on the wiry side than the slabs of meat that are BT4 lol. Like, more basketball player than American football player, or lightweight pro-wrestler instead of heavyweight. (That being said, I don't know why I even mentioned height in my original post, when height wasn't even the issue. Maybe it's because I had just woken up when I typed it up lol.)
I'm pretty sure I remember reading in most sourcebooks that they have little to no body hair, so peach fuzz sounds in those chafe prone areas sounds right.
Hello ♥ It's pretty easy. When creating this mod, I used this tutorial
To simplify, I'll say right away that you have to unpack Gustav\Public\Gustav\Content\[PAK]_CharacterVisuals\_merged.lsf.lsx (it is in this file that changes occur if you want to change the hair of the character) To find the character you need in this file, you need to press CTRL+F (search) and write the name of the NPC
Next, look for the desired line with the inscription "Hair" (<attribute id="Slot" type="FixedString" value="Hair" />) within the character's data and change the ID of the default hair to the ID of the hair that you want to give to the character
For an easier choice of hair, I recommend this resource. There are hair and facial hair from the game and their IDs
I love this <3 since I've played the game in vanilla many many times lol I don't mind changing up my companions up anymore. I'll be slapping this right on Halsin face :) Thank you for this good work

Any chance this will get looked at and eventually be updated?
This beard is already in the character editor ("Chin Grove") :
Available to all body types
If you are interested in beards for races that by default do not use facial hair (elves/drow), then I can recommend this mod : All Beards for Drow Elves and HalfOrc by turndapage
