    1.1.0 is out!

    New Features
    - Waypoint VFX: added a waypoint VFX to 'THE HOLLOW' and 'ARRON' options.

    Fixes and Improvements

    - Handling Grove lockdown: handled the case where the Grove is under lockdown, in case Larian stops disabling the waypoint due to lockdown in the future.
    - Speed: mod/teleport should be slightly snappier now.
    - Volition Cabinet: added Volition Cabinet as a dependency.

    There is a known minor bug that, if you've advanced from Act 1 Wilderness and want to warp back to Emerald Grove directly, it won't work right away: you'll need to warp again after reaching the Environs location; not sure if that's reasonably fixable or worth pursuing.
    Please report other issues in the Bugs tab with the output from your SE console if possible. Thank you!

    Just popping in to say the mod is working for me now. I know VC says load order doesn't matter, but when I installed the mod again and put it after MCM and volition cabinet, it seems to work. Thank you! Definitely need this.

    I am having the same issues with the previous commenter. I have MCM installed, I changed the settings to have the waypoint next to aaron, I went to the Grove normally, but there is no waypoint. I tried saving and loading, and still nothing. I have the latest version of both MCM and Volition Cabinet, along with this mod. I have swapped over to Vulkan, which made MCM work, but I cant seem to change the waypoint thing. On top of that, the emerald grove environs waypoint now teleports me outside the grove instead of where this mod usually teleported me.

      I have MCM on top, and below it the Volition Cabinet mod, with the rest of the mods under them.

      Something about the pak I uploaded was off, but I don't know what 🤷. 2.0.0.1 should be good.

      Yea, I tried the new version, and still it doesnt work. If it has any help to it, I noticed this in the MCM settings for the waypoint mod.

      I assume it thinks I have the mod disabled, but it is enabled, and is placed well below the MCM and Volition Cabinet. I do not know what could be causing this issue. If I can provide any more info to help with debugging this, please let me know. For what its worth, the food to camp mod seems to work properly.

      oh you can ignore that, it's a leftover thing from the version I was testing with. you still don't have the waypoint though?

      Yes, still no waypoint, and the old environs one still teleports me outside the grove.

      I had some loose files that might have been misleading me. 2.0.1 should have the proper fix for this + localization + missing logic for locking the waypoint.

      Cheers, newest version seems to have fixed the issue. Now I dont know if it is possible, but could you re-arange where in the Waypoints List it appears? Because I am mid-act 2, so when I didnt see it up, below the "Emerald Grove Environs" waypoint, I assumed the mod still didnt work, and I tried troubleshooting, until I decided to scroll down and see the waypoint at the bottom of the list. If it could somehow be moved under the "Emerald Grove Environs", Id appreciate it. (Id also like a marker on the map just like the other waypoints, but I dont know how possible that is)

      This isn't possible as far as I know :( but I'm glad it is working now! Thanks for all the feedback throughout the troubleshooting.

    I have 100% exact same problem as comment below, do you know anything that could broke this mod? (mod incompatibility etc)

    Yes I have MCM, I also run it with Vulkun. I also have Volition Cabinet. But maybe mod incompatibility causing this issue?

      2.0.0.0 probably had some problem when paking the mod, 2.0.0.1 2.0.1 should have fixed it.

    Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly but I just cannot get this to work. Everything is installed and updated, but nothing shows on my map and when I teleport to the vanilla name it just takes me where it usually goes.

      Yes, I use it with two other mods and it indicates this one is enabled. I saw below that you updated the file, I will try it out now to see if it's working.

      Unfortunately it is still not working, and my game did not perform well with that new file. I triple checked to ensure everything is installed and updated; MCM is at the top of my load order.

    Mod works but the name never changes for me. It still says Emerald Grove Environs.

    Used on a new playthrough.

      I really don't know what's the cause but it only works for some people; doesn't work for me either. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot this.

      2.0.0 added a proper waypoint called Emerald Grove.

    Small note: Didn't see anything in the description about removing this mod, but after I did so (because I'd forgotten to, for a new savefile where I'm playing evil and was going to help the goblins attack the grove, so I figured I shouldn't have the waypoint in) the waypoint markers on my map disappeared. Like, fast travel still works by clicking on the waypoint names on the right-hand side of the map, but I can't see the little star icons that mark the waypoints anymore. Only a minor thing though.

      That's really weird, the mod does not mess with that at all, it just adds extra stuff during runtime (apart from changing the waypoint name which doesn't work for everyone anyways). Uninstall should be harmless.

    it doesn't work for me.
    i don't see anything both on the map and when i go in the grove

      Update Volition Cabinet and try again. Map/waypoint list could appear to be the same as vanilla, but it should still work.
      Also, there's no actual waypoint inside the Grove, you need to use the Environs one (the one just outside of it)

    well, this is a pretty cool idea, it would be nice to have a port into the Grove, to bad its not working. issue with latest update, then hotfix after hotfix. everythings broken. but yet they say they are going to be modder friendly.. ha..

      Yes it works, but it has been replaced by "Grove Environments" and you don't know until you try it, as there is no visual cue.

      How would I try it? I don't see it on the map? And 'Grove Environment' seems not to be there?

      You should try either "Emerald Grove Environs" or "Emerald Grove" (if the locale override worked).
